Nie sadze zeby to byla kwestia ustawien aparatu, sprobuj zrobic w ten sposob:
1. Click on the Start icon
2. Click on the Run option
3. Type 'services.msc'
4. You will now see the local services. The first one to look for is
'Canon Camera Access Library 8' and a status indicator beside it. It
should be set to Started, but regardless of the status please right
click on it and choose the Restart option.
5. Now lets look for SSDP Discovery Service. It too should say Started,
but regardless of the status please right click on it and choose the
Restart option.
6. Finally please scroll further down the list to the Windows Imaging
Acquisition Service. It should say Started, but regardless of the status
please right click on it and choose the Restart option.

After all these services have been checked and restarted, please try
downloading images to your computer.
