Microsoft bierze się za RAW'y

Pobrałem, zainstalowałem, działa :-) Nie trzeba przechodzić przez sprawdzanie legalności, można pominąć. Sam plik to około 50MB, RAWy otwierają się szybko, NEFy jakoś bardzo wolno..

Na początku listopada ma się pojawić wersja 1.1 RAW Image Thumbnailer and Viewer.
Dodana będzie obsługa Canonów 1D Mark II N oraz 5D, Nikonów D2Hs, D70s i D50. Poprawiony będzie też problem z obługą niektórych plików TIFF oraz CR2 z Canona 5D.

Changes in v1.0 Build 50 include:

* Support for the latest cameras from Canon and Nikon, including the Canon EOS 5D and EOS-1D Mark II N, as well as the Nikon D50, D70s, D2Hs and D200. D200 support includes the display of thumbnails and previews only; viewing in the highest quality mode is not yet possible.

* A new 'Save As...' button on the Toolbar that enables the saving of the current image as either a JPEG or TIFF file.

* Quicker performance when displaying previews from certain Nikon cameras, including the D70, D70s, and D50.

* Reduced memory usage when generating NEF thumbnails for most Nikon digital SLR models.

* During installation, 'TIFF' is no longer selected by default as one of the image types the RAW Viewer opens when you double-click the image in Windows Explorer.

* Fixes for several known problems in earlier versions of the software, including one that could cause certain files to become locked, preventing them from being moved or deleted in Windows Explorer.
