super high ISO: no, Nikon won't undercut the D3s that way. D3x high ISO quality

superior AF: to the 5DII, yes. To the other Nikon's, no
superior video: again, that's the question; we need 720P/1080i/1080P 24/25/30/60 fps, and 44 or 48Khz stereo audio minimum to be a serious video camera

I've said all along US$3499 to US$3999. The dollar/yen thing could push it to US$4299. But no higher, I think.
