Lots of bugfixes, support for local cache directory, support for older glib and some code cleanups

0.3:
Better zoom, tooltips, support for camera whitebalance, native thumbnail loading (no more gnome-raw-thumbnailer!), more file formats, one-key exporting, various small enhancements and lots of bugfixes
